• Fees: We charge a fee for the generation of the demand letter or premium support.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the product (instant download/generation), we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been rendered. However, if a technical error prevents the generation of your document, please contact [email protected] for a resolution.
